On-site interviewers were very disorganized and unprepared. One person kept looking at my resume trying to figure out what to ask and the other person had all types of questions but mostly focusing on my resume. Not sure what they were trying to accomplish during the interview but I left feeling insulted. Interview went beyond the scheduled time not because it went well but because of all the follow up questions that felt like an attack on every statement I made, including my current accomplishments. I've been a compliance manager for many years, if I wasn't qualified then why bring me in to interview?
I still think that panw is a great company but this group needs a reality check. You get things done with having talented people who work well individually and with others while under pressure to get things done. I got the sense that the mgrs in this group are micromanagers who would not appreciate receiving a realistic and practical approach/suggestion on how to get the job done.
