I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Panda Express (New York, NY) in May 2016
Interview
was kind of uptight, wanted me to do most of the talking, he didn't ask questions clearly. he didn't speak english all too well. it turned out to be cool because i kept making jokes but he wasn't asking clear questions
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Panda Express
Interview
Two managers sat down with me and asked me about myself. Then they had a list of questions and I don't think they asked all of them. I think they asked me questions and based upon my answers, they asked follow up questions and also used that to gauge what other questions they should ask.
The interview was quick and easy. They ask mostly experience/personality based questions. If you’ve never had a job before it’s okay! They’re very understanding and most new employees have no prior experience.
