I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Panda Express
Interview
It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Panda Express
Interview
The interview was very brief, probably the shortest I will ever have. It lasted about 5 minutes in all honesty as far as questions went. The only thing was waiting to be interviewed which I waited maybe a total of 2-3 minutes before I was interviewed. I was offered a drink of course. I was asked maybe a total of 3 questions, nothing serious. The assistant manager was really nice, made me feel comfortable with the idea of working there. They shared personal experience of working there for the first time. The entire process itself was short. Applied one night, got a call the next morning for an interview, paper work done within the next 2 days and first day was 2 days after that.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Panda Express (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
It was an average interview about 15 minutes long. Not too critical, but they ask a good questions. I had a second interview with the district manager, and she was very nice.
