I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Panda Express (Vancouver, WA) in Feb 2012
Interview
It was relaxed. The First person i talked to was less easier than the second person that I talked to. They made sure to ask if I had any questions. They were nice and described what they looked for in a person and than had asked me what I thought was important to having to work there or anywhere.
The interview was nice, was told to bring resume but never got it looked. My second interview was just for formality but I already worked there for 2 years. They just ask basic questions. It’s a good high school job
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Panda Express (San Jose, CA) in Jun 2019
Interview
The interview process was really easy for me because they needed workers. If you get hired on the job without them asking you tough questions... walk out. The boss there told me that people quit after the first day because they could not handle the job since it was very hectic. Which is why they are always looking for people for the job.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Panda Express (New York, NY) in Apr 2017
Interview
The interview was 5 minutes - 2 of which were spent on the interviewer bad mouthing an employee that wasn't honest with her in an interview. Really unprofessional and off putting. Was offered a job at the end, but I think it was because they were desperate.
