I have taken the interview at two different Panda Express restaurants, the whole process seems smoothly, now i am waiting the result. I do not know when they will tell me the result, i really need this job.

The interview process was what you would expect from a basic interview, just the typical interview questions of why you want to work there, why you would be a good fit for the job, what days are you available, etc. My location seemed quick to hire considering I got the job pretty much the same day. Just be prepared to answer their questions and you're pretty much set for the most part.
The interview process is a series of brief questions regarding your work history. Then, you are asked if you can perform basic job duties and requirements and other orders asked of you.
