I came in and told one of the staff members that I had an interview. They went a got the manager who offered me a drink while I waited, and then we sat down in the dining area. The interview was really easy, he really only asked a couple questions and then asked if I had any questions. Then it was over!

It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.

Interview
It was an average interview about 15 minutes long. Not too critical, but they ask a good questions. I had a second interview with the district manager, and she was very nice.
