Fairly informal and only about an hour long. One-on-one format with a district manager. If you research the company, know the basics of hospitality you should be fine. Know your contributions to your current/former employer.

Strange interview with someone who seemed like they were ill prepared. Had the impression of an overworked crew, seemed like they may have turnover issues. Most questions revolve around basic operations, P&L knowledge, etc.
