Applied online, and was interviewed on the phone by Panda recruiter. She was friendly & excited about Panda, which is a good sign of a company. I was scheduled to meet with the Area Coach of Operations (ACO) in one of the Panda stores a few days later. The following week I had an interview with the Regional Coach of Operations. About a week later, an invitation for a Panda Preview at one of the Panda stores. The Panda Preview lasted about four hours, where I was shown the very basics of the store operations. In the end of the preview, there was a feedback/comment session with ACO/Training Leader and the manager of the store. A background check procedure was conducted (4 days), before I was offered the job. Communications are conducted through e-mails and text messages.
