I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Panda Restaurant Group in Jun 2015
Interview
Met recruiters at a job fair and scheduled an in-person interview from there. Actual interview was at a restaurant which had 3-4 area managers firing interview questions. Interviewers were kind, very curious and inquisitive. Interview felt like they really just wanted to get to know who I am as a person and my previous work/leadership experience to see if I would be a good fit

I interviewed at Panda Restaurant Group (San Jose, CA)
Interview
The interviewers showed up late to my first 2 interviewers and once they showed up after I asked if they would be joining the call they proceeded to be on their phones the whole interview. In my final interview they sent me the wrong store location and had me drive 30 minutes to the wrong store then reassigned my interview to a new location. They were unprofessional and disorganized in all 3 interviews that I had with them.
