Pretty easy process, usually only have two interviews. They typically ask about previous job experiences and how you handle conflict. One with the DM and another with the RM. Both were done virtually but can also be completed in person.

Question 1
How do you handle conflict between two team member that need to work in close prox?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Charlottesville, VA) in Mar 2015
Interview
Submitted an application along with my resume. I received a phone interview with a company recruiter a while later. Had an interview with the district manager and director of operations. Eventually had a "working interview" where I worked a short shift with the employees. Plenty of opportunities to back out if you felt uncomfortable with any aspect of the interview process. Received a final interview to discuss salary and benefits and received an offer the next day.

Question 1
What sets you apart from other potential managers?
I applied online. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Burnsville, MN)
Interview
It was professional and casual at the restaurant. Easy to talk with the recruiter. I didn't ultimately choose it at the time but it was pleasant enough. I think they hire from within and I was hoping to start as a GM
A recruiter reached out to me, before telling me what company the posting was specifically for he insisted on “re-working” my resume, but removed my most recent relevant experience and filled it with buzz words. I either from the process after my first phone interview with the recruiter because he was making the process convoluted and difficult.

Question 1
Why do you think you would be a good fit? (Recruiter had reached out to me hasn’t told me what company the role was with yet, just sent a vague description)
