I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Panera Bread in Sep 2011
Interview
The interview and selection process was straight forward. There is an initial phone screen, followed by what seemed to be a Wonderlic intelligence test, and a personality profile. This was followed by a face to face interview with a district manager. While I did not receive an offer the process was straight forward, and professional. Expect to have specific answers and example during both teh phone screen and face to face.

Question 1
Describe a time that you failed to reach an objective. What prevented you from hitting the objective? What could you have done different?
I applied online. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Burnsville, MN)
Interview
It was professional and casual at the restaurant. Easy to talk with the recruiter. I didn't ultimately choose it at the time but it was pleasant enough. I think they hire from within and I was hoping to start as a GM
A recruiter reached out to me, before telling me what company the posting was specifically for he insisted on “re-working” my resume, but removed my most recent relevant experience and filled it with buzz words. I either from the process after my first phone interview with the recruiter because he was making the process convoluted and difficult.

Question 1
Why do you think you would be a good fit? (Recruiter had reached out to me hasn’t told me what company the role was with yet, just sent a vague description)
Walked in they asked can I do the job. I said yes. I was hired. I started as a normal associate and moved up to am after 7 years through college and after.
