I applied online for the position at a location that said "Immediate Need". Within 24 hours, I received a call and I was told to meet the GM at the store I was interested in working at. We had a 15 minute-ish interview where they asked generic interview questions, I was then hired on the spot and completed the paperwork that same day. Everything was completed within two days and I started my training the following week.
