I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Panera Bread
Interview
After being connected to the Hiring Manager via Panera Bread recruiter I was sent an email with an IQ/Personality Test. Once I 'passed' I was shortly after contacted via email with an opportunity to meet with the hiring Manager face to face. The face to face was a very relaxed meeting, many things were discussed as a conversation with no hard interview questions.
At the end of the meeting the Hiring Manger expressed how much they liked me and I was told my information would be promptly forwarded onto the Operations Manager. The next morning an email was sent to me asking me to confirm a second interview 4 days later.

Question 1
What is it that you, as a manager would bring to the staff and Panera Bread culture?
I applied online. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Burnsville, MN)
Interview
It was professional and casual at the restaurant. Easy to talk with the recruiter. I didn't ultimately choose it at the time but it was pleasant enough. I think they hire from within and I was hoping to start as a GM
A recruiter reached out to me, before telling me what company the posting was specifically for he insisted on “re-working” my resume, but removed my most recent relevant experience and filled it with buzz words. I either from the process after my first phone interview with the recruiter because he was making the process convoluted and difficult.

Question 1
Why do you think you would be a good fit? (Recruiter had reached out to me hasn’t told me what company the role was with yet, just sent a vague description)
Walked in they asked can I do the job. I said yes. I was hired. I started as a normal associate and moved up to am after 7 years through college and after.
