The manager is the one who interviewed me and it was 30 minutes long. He asked me what my greatest strengths/weaknesses were and my experience with working in a restaurant environment. He offered me the position at the end of the interview.
I was then invited for an in-person interview with the hiring manager and team members. This interview lasted about an hour and consisted of behavioral and situational questions, exploring how I would handle various work scenarios. The interviewers were professional and kind

Interview
Very informational, Showed me around the restaurant, made me feel comfortable. She knew exactly how we wanted to treated in a work environment She taught us things even at the interview on how to cook, clean, and went over basic rules on Panera bread guidelines.
