Interview
You come in they show you the environment and all duties. No questions actually. You don't have to dress professionally at all. You have to pass a background check. The hours are long and physically draining . Prepare yourself.
First we had a Phone meeting. Then two in person meetings with the area district baker manager. Then videos on safety viewed before actually start. Then started first shift. Done.
Talked with manager on phone and face to face. Was hired on the spot and did training over the next few weeks. Process was simple and easy no tough questions were asked
