I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Jacksonville, FL) in Apr 2015
Interview
I applied online and about a week later I got a phone call to talk about the position and to set up an in person interview. The interview was ay 6am with 3 managers. One day after that interview I was called in to do a "shadowing" interview. Which is where you follow a night baker for about a hour. This part started at 5am. After following the night baker I set down with 2 managers and they asked what I thought and then offered me the job. I started 3 days after the second interview.
