Phone interview, two sit down interviews. Both sit downs were relatively long (30-45 min each). Once I was hired there was some communication error-i had to call to confirm I was actually hired after a week between being told I was and no follow up.

Interview
I was interviewed for a team manager position and got the job. I had 2 interviews and did a lot of diligent preparation. The interview process, the first time was about forty minutes. The second time was about an hour and a half.

They asked me about my previous work, history and qualifications. They also asked me the "Tell your me about yourself" Question. Overall, on my second interview, I probably answered about twenty questions.
Review resume, basic interview questions then asked to describe why I am right for the job while offering example situations.
Also wanted to know available schedule and my experience with making schedules and working as a team.
