Interview
The interview was at the cafe while it was still closed and getting ready for the grand opening. I walked in because there was a hiring sign. The general manager looked through my application and started asking me questions about why I wanted to work there and what my past experience in the food industry was.
The process was pretty simple and easy. I applied online and then came in for an in person interview that was like 15 minutes long. Was offered the position the next day.

The manager that took care of my interview was amazing. Asked me questions like why I wanted to work there, my strengths, my weaknesses, what does warmth mean to me, what i would do in certain situations.
In Annapolis there were 2 interviews they asked me why I wanted to work there my pass experience in previous job & my availability honestly it was relatively easy and they were down to earth
