I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Charlottesville, VA) in Sep 2011
Interview
I attended a job fair for management in my area and was told in the post to bring a copy of my resume. I was able to meet with the General Manager and District Manager on the same day. Since I had worked for Panera Bread previously as an associate and had a lot of restaurant management experience, my interview was fairly short. A few days later, I was asked to come into the store I would be training in to complete a half day of work as a "try-out" to determine whether or not I was a suitable fit. I received a job offer within a day or two after that.
Pretty easy process, usually only have two interviews. They typically ask about previous job experiences and how you handle conflict. One with the DM and another with the RM. Both were done virtually but can also be completed in person.

Question 1
How do you handle conflict between two team member that need to work in close prox?
I applied online. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Burnsville, MN)
Interview
It was professional and casual at the restaurant. Easy to talk with the recruiter. I didn't ultimately choose it at the time but it was pleasant enough. I think they hire from within and I was hoping to start as a GM
A recruiter reached out to me, before telling me what company the posting was specifically for he insisted on “re-working” my resume, but removed my most recent relevant experience and filled it with buzz words. I either from the process after my first phone interview with the recruiter because he was making the process convoluted and difficult.

Question 1
Why do you think you would be a good fit? (Recruiter had reached out to me hasn’t told me what company the role was with yet, just sent a vague description)
