I applied online and was called in for an interview after a few days. The first interview was with an assistant manager and lasted about twenty minutes. The second interview was two days later with the general manager. The second interview was shorter and a little tougher, but I was offered the job at the end of it. The interviewer went over general Panera rules and guidelines after I accepted the offer, and I received a call later that day to set up my orientation.

Describe a situation where you had to be a leader.
It was super easy! I applied and got an interview with them within a day. The interview was conducted in person, and was very conversational. The interview only lasted about ten to fifteen minutes.

They asked about job availability and work experience. They also listed out the job requirements and made sure to comply with them. Overall, not bad-it was pretty easy and simple.

The interviewer was friendly and informative, demonstrating knowledge of Panera's history, current values and goals. She asked about my experience in working in the food industry. She answered each question well.
