They were very nice. Mostly wanted to make sure that I would fit in to their company and that I would be dependable. Experience didn't matter. Just talked about past jobs and ambitions for the future. Asked about education, family, interests outside of work. Asked what my favorite pastry was, whether I was a regular customer at Panera. What I liked abut Panera restaurants and why I thought I wanted to work there.
