Panera Bread Retail- Team Member interview questions

Sat down with interviewer in a private area nearby, then was asked questions pertaining to the position after handing in my resume. Was then told I would be contacted for a second interview if they were interested.

The interview process is very chill and the managers who interviewed me were very gracious and humble. It's a regular conversation and it's a chance for them to get to know you so they know how they can utilize you in any of the duties in the restaurant. Chances for hire are very high.
