Went in for an interview one 2 separate occasions with an assistant manager. They said they loved me both times and would be reaching out to either give me a job offer or let me know if they were not. Both times they never reached back out to me, even after I called back after a few days asking to speak to a manager. They were always "busy". So I pretty much wasted all that time waiting to hear from them.

Interview
I applied online, was called 3 days later to set up an interview time, and then was told who I would be speaking to. When I got there, I was offered any drink that I wanted while I waited and was then actually interviewed by both the manager and operating partner. Both were very kind and I was offered the job on the spot.
