Panera Bread interview questions

It was actually a very fun group interview. They basically asked us to do ice-breaker games that focused on letting our personalities shine. Definitely better than the "why do you want to work at ____" question. Also, I think interviewing in a group kind of takes the pressure off. At least you can take a mental breather when someone else is talking.

I heard that they were hiring, and I was job hunting, so I applied online. I then printed out a resume and went into the store to turn it in and introduce my self to the management. I sat down with a shift leader and had my first interview. He was a little bit flustered and unprepared, which is understandable since I came unannounced. I also think it might have been his first time having to interview. He asked next to no questions about me, besides when I would like to work, and as what. He then told me a little about the training process. Lastly he made me sell him a packet of sugar. He then set me up for a second interview with the assistant manager in two days. I went in for the second interview, and was asked a few basic questions. He then said he had to figure out when to get me in for training, was told when to call to set up a time for orientation, and was told to go to Planet Bread the next weekend. He then told me the uniform needed and that was that.
