Met at university career fair. Contacted for phone interview. Immediately scheduled for in office interview at the end of the phone interview. Office visit included lunch with 2 current EITs who answered whatever question you had in confidence. Then an office tour. Then an interview with the CEO. He sits right next to you and just has a conservation. Quite enjoyable. Given compensation for your travels.

Interview
The hiring process took some time. First was a phone interview then a second interview at the HQ in San Antonio with Sam, the CEO of Pape-Dawson Engineers. He was very friendly and very easy to talk to.
