I was invited to interview with MTV networks in November 2010. The atmoshpere at the MTV headquarters, is very laid back. Most people I saw in the office were wearing jeans and T-Shirts. The interview process itself consisted of me meeting with 2 people. One person was in the position right above the Digital Research Analyst, and One was the Supervisor. The interview felt very comfartable and the people were pretty laid back. They asked questions like "why do you want to leave your current job?" "what skills do you think you will be able to bring to the table?", "what is your biggest strength". Also, they liked hearing what you know about the company and how well you did your research prior to the interview.
