I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Paramount (New York, NY)
Interview
Know the programming of the department you're interviewing with. Be able to talk about the skills you have and how they relate to the job. Most interviews for freelance positions are pretty short and to the point, just to see if you gel with the person hiring you to worth with them.
the Interview process was completely different than previous positions I have interviews for in the past. The job was for a remote position. Being the interview took place via zoom, not having that interaction made for a unique process.

Question 1
Where do I see myself in 3 years if I take this position?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Paramount (Los Angeles, CA) in Nov 2018
Interview
Interviewed once over the phone and once in person. Most questions were behavioral based and then some soft experience questions. Felt as if it was more about bringing an optimistic perspective to the workplace and opportunity. Would be given room to grow.
