Interview
It was pretty normal. There were a few steps in the process. The first was a phone interview then a skype interview and eventually in person. The interview wasn't too difficult and very fair.

What have you done that is relevant to this position?
I applied for the program. After applying I received an interview update. I was interviewed with general questions before being taken to interview with the hiring manager. It was a pleasant experience
The interview process was very smooth and each of the interviewers I spoke to were friendly and encouraging. I had a great experience and would highly recommend applying for Paramount's internships.
