I applied online and was contacted 2 days later for an interview. The phone interview was with an intern from HR. The interview was very standard and consisted of basic questions and casual conversation. At the end of the interview, he told me the job I was interviewing for was currently unavailable (this was in October) and asked if I would be okay with waiting until after the holidays for it. The worst part was that because he was an intern, I lost contact with him after his internship (followed up with him several times and was never told his internship was ending) and by the time I got a hold of somebody else in HR, the job had already been filled. If you're interviewed by an intern like I was, definitely ask for a backup contact.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Paramount
Interview
Pretty straight forward. Just know why you're interested in the role, how you manage multiple tasks and digital advertising buzz words. I had an initial phone interview and scheduled an on site interview shortly after. I interviewed with two other managers and interview was average. After a couple weeks and emails later, i received a call for the offer!
