They e-mailed me saying I got an interview.
I spoke on the phone with an HR coordinator. She helped me find a position that fit my interests and skills.
She gave me contact information for the department head.
I set up an interview with the department.

Tell me about a time that you had to think out of the box.
The process was pretty normal and the people were nice. I did a first round interview with a recruiter and then a second round interview with two people in the department.
I never got a response, no rejection no nothing. You would think a major company such as Paramount would be professional enough to email an email of rejection. Guess not.

First round of interviews was such a refreshing experience! The recruiter was so sweet and genuinely interested in what I had to say. We had an actual conversation opposed to her just reading through questions.
