Very relaxed interview. It was the weekend before Thanksgiving, so the hiring manager was talking about food. He went through the role and requirements and asked if there were any questions.

Interview
I had 3 first round interviews in a week, and they all went well. Then followed up with the recruiter, and heard nothing for weeks. Very poor communication and I don't think they knew what they were looking for, which translated very poorly in the interviews.
During the interview process, I went through two interviews with current employees at the Account Executive/Director level, where I talked about previous work experience. Also talked with the Manager of Account Managers who I would work with to get a feel for what the position's day-to-day would be like.
