Interview
Average in difficulty and was thorough in their selection. I would look to apply again in the future as I have heard positive reviews from current employees. Recruiter even prepped me to call on time as the Manager looks for that. I don't think he should prep to that extent

Interview
I had 3 first round interviews in a week, and they all went well. Then followed up with the recruiter, and heard nothing for weeks. Very poor communication and I don't think they knew what they were looking for, which translated very poorly in the interviews.
During the interview process, I went through two interviews with current employees at the Account Executive/Director level, where I talked about previous work experience. Also talked with the Manager of Account Managers who I would work with to get a feel for what the position's day-to-day would be like.
