Interview process was a long waiting process. After completing the online application, there was a Pymetrics skills test. Within two weeks, there was a digital/remote one-way interview with 4 questions. Once complete there was another month and a half to hear back about the position or next steps.

I received an invitation for a recorded video interview about 3 weeks after applying and completing the initial Pymetrics assessment. About a month after that, I was invited to a finalist interview with the hiring manager.
the interview was in virtual, and it was not good, they didnt ask questions related to my work, just normal questions. nothing more of subjective type. normal questions like how are you .
Online and digital platform heavy, the interview process was somewhat stressful and impersonal but went smoothly. I am still waiting to hear from an actual person. I think the actual interview will be more focused on personality fit
