I first met a recruiter at a campus career day. Gave them my resume, briefly told them what department I would be interested in, and they wrote it on the back of my resume. They told me they would contact me within a week or so. Got an e-mail from them to set up a phone interview. It was simple, went over the eligibility requirements and a brief question about what I've enjoyed most about one of my courses. They told me to choose top 3 networks I'd like to intern for and choose from a listing of positions/departments they saw would be an appropriate fit. They passed me onto vh1 and had another phone interview with them. they missed our first scheduled one, but were happy to reschedule it for the next day. the second interview was with one of the supervisors and another employee on a conference call. they asked more indepth questions but was still pretty simple
