Paramount Legal Counsel interview questions

HR was great, responsive and helpful in preparing for decision maker interview. Main interview was conversational and comfortable. but it became clear that I was somewhat overqualified and there was another lead candidate that was a better fit.

The process was streamlined and fast. One of the best experiences I've had. There was a phone screen with the recruiter, an in person with a Senior Counsel, VP and an SVP. I was called back for another round where I interviewed again with the SVP, the EVP and another VP.
