Interview
I applied for a Creative Development & Programming summer internship in late November and got an email from a member of HR for a phone interview in late December, where I was asked what brands I was interested in and some other general questions (why Viacom, past experience, strengths & weaknesses, hobbies, dream job). I heard back from HR in early January with the contact info of the Programming manager for one of the brands I was interested in and reached out to schedule an interview with them. I interviewed with that manager and another member of the department. Two weeks later I got an email from HR that I wasn't selected. Overall it was a very efficient process, everyone involved was kind and receptive to questions!
