It was quick and easy. It was a mix of technical questions and competency. This was in 2019. I liked the process. I went to interview face to face as this was pre covid.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Parexel
Interview
Written Test was based on aptitude questions.
Technical Round was generic too as I was interviewed for a inhouse language.
HR Round.
Everything went well, but the entire process took time.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Parexel (Nottingham, England) in Apr 2019
Interview
Contacted on LinkedIn by internal Parexel recruiter, following a short phone interview, around a month later was contacted again to arrange a face to face interview. The interview took place with two mid-level managers, both in charge of small development teams. The questions were generally skills based regarding my knowledge of technologies they employ, a lot of this was in house so just ensure that you have a good idea of your current skill set, you won't necessarily be able to find specifics online. They value software documentation highly.
The job offer didn't come for three(?) months after the interview, they were internally restructuring. This was no issue for me, I wasn't actively looking for a position and was contacted by their HR recruitment, but worth baring in mind if you're actively looking.
