I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Parexel (Taipei) in Sep 2018
Interview
Before the interview, they asked you to answer some questions and you type your answer in a word file. For example, they asked you "Your motivation to apply for this position". Then, they asked you to finish a English online exam to see your level of English. Finally, they gave you the date and time for the interview. It was a phone interview because the senior contract specialist is away from the country. She asked me a whole bunch of questions over the phone. Then, it comes with word and excel tests, which I found extremely hard. I don't have this kind of test experience. The job is much more related to business/statistic management. It's very different from my background. A HR reach out to me from a job bank database. I guess he is just being nice to give me an opportunity to try. It was a great experience overall. And I know the job responsibilities a lot better because the lady explained to me thoroughly. I very appreciate the HR specialist to give me this opportunity.

no chance to have one even if I hold a law degree obtained in a prestigious University from another country, with an excellent mark, and despite the fact that experience was not mentioned in the job advertisement. They rejected my application via e-mail
