interview followed by written test. Questions related mostly with medical terms. questions related to field of work. experience people mainly preferred. verbal and communication skills should be really good. should be very clear with basic terminology and biology knowledge . very professional behavior.

Very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. It was more like a conversation. I got the offer and team was also really nice to work with. It was my first job and managers were really cooperative.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Parexel (Mohali, Punjab)
Interview
I was interviewed by managers. They asked about a 2 or 3 questions related to pharmacovogillence and rest about previous course. It went smooth. The only thing difficult there is to get selected for the interview
Interview process was thorough and detailed. The interview panel had 3 very experienced company members and questions were asked by each one of them. The level of questions was difficult.
