Interview
Once you send the CV and they like your CV. You will get a call from Hr. They will schedule your interview. Once you get shortlisted .there will be other rounds such as written test, technical tests

Very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. It was more like a conversation. I got the offer and team was also really nice to work with. It was my first job and managers were really cooperative.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Parexel (Mohali, Punjab)
Interview
I was interviewed by managers. They asked about a 2 or 3 questions related to pharmacovogillence and rest about previous course. It went smooth. The only thing difficult there is to get selected for the interview
Interview process was thorough and detailed. The interview panel had 3 very experienced company members and questions were asked by each one of them. The level of questions was difficult.
