I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Pariveda (Houston, TX) in Mar 2021
Interview
First a recruiter screen by phone, then a technical screen by zoom. If you get through those, the rest is a thorough interview process involving behavioral, analytical, and people leadership aspects. Includes at least one case study interview requiring a presentation to executive-level leaders.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Was asked a question about a high-impact, urgent situation that required considering the client, your team, and the technical problem at hand.
Was reached out to after applying online. I had a 30 minute interview. The interviewer was extremely kind and transparent about the role. Unfortunately, the position at the location I was interested in was no longer available, and I wasn’t willing to move to the other location at the time. Overall, a very positive process. I was told it would be three rounds but I dropped out after the first round (I was told I would’ve moved on to the next one).
