I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Pariveda in Oct 2022
Interview
Phone screen, problem solving assessment, personality assessment, behavioral interview, 3 hr case study. I feel like everything up to the behavioral interview was pretty straight forward and actually enjoyable. I believe the behavioral interview is where this interview process could have ended. I was left with a great impression on this company after that interview and felt like the interviewer was a very authentic person. However, the 3 hour case study is where my impression of the company changed. I don't believe it properly showcased my teamwork and problem solving abilities. I was also interrupted and barely got a chance answer questions. I believe it was disorganized when it came to answering interviewer questions, and overall an unnecessary step. After going through all of that and not getting offered, it is annoying and feels like a waste of my time. Worst case study interview I have ever been a part of. Definitely no longer felt good about the company after that "interview".
Initial screening with a recruiter to discuss education and experience, followed by an online aptitude assessment to determine cognitive abilities. Did not make it to the case study due to a technical error in the interview process or the hiring quota was fulfilled during my interview process.

Multiple interviews. Started with a logic test (timed math questions) and a personality quiz. Then there were remote behavioral interviews (resume, experiences, etc.). Finally there was a group case review.
