I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pariveda in May 2022
Interview
I interviewed with them in October 2022 for a new grad position. After three separate interviews (with the last one lasting about 4 hours) I got an offer and accepted it. In May 2023 they postponed my start date and told me they were only delaying offers and not rescinding them. About a month later they rescinded my offer entirely. Overall be careful about this company. The fact that I spent half a year not applying for new grad positions expecting to work here put me in my current position of not having a job due to months of not applying for anything.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Fairly basic behavioral questions, final interview was slightly technical.
Initial screening with a recruiter to discuss education and experience, followed by an online aptitude assessment to determine cognitive abilities. Did not make it to the case study due to a technical error in the interview process or the hiring quota was fulfilled during my interview process.
