I've only taken the first career goals and "tell me about yourself" screening, as well as the aptitude test so far so I'll speak about those. The "tell me about yourself" interview is just trying so ascertain that you have not lied on your resume and that you are a likeable person enough to work with in the company. Can't really give tips on that, just have good experience beforehand and be able to talk about it. The aptitude test was something I didn't like so much since it is trying to get you to solve business puzzles in a short amount of time but I felt like I did OK on it. Also, for people with neuromuscular disabilities, some of those activities will be impossible to control since you have to precisely drag the mouse in some of them, which is dumb. Pariveda did not design the test though.
