1st interview is on the phone with their recruiter, which is expected. 2nd and 3rd interviews were with a regional manager, which seemed to go well. Compensation and expectations were discussed, as well as other opportunities if the one applied for wasn't a good fit. 4th interview was with another regional manager, I believe which also seemed to go well and we went over compensation again as well as a few other points. 5th interview was with the previous regional as well as a new one who would have been my direct lead. The expectation was the job needed to be filled within the next 3-4 weeks and I am relocating and was willing to be there whenever they needed. A week went by no answer, I called and left a message got no answer. I texted in a few days to see if there was an update because the start time was getting close and was told they were still interviewing, and that the recruiter would be in touch soon. A month later still no contact and they are adding similar positions that I had gone through 5 phone interviews for to get no response. I get that I was not chosen for the position but to go through 5 interviews and I followed up to get no response to m e is bad business and shows how badly the company is managed.
