While in senior year of college, I interviewed for a junior engineer position. I met with three engineers separately, talked about the projects I worked on in school, briefly about the position and responsibilities and the project that I would be working on at the company. After meeting with them, they offered the job and gave the base hourly pay; I didn't think to negotiate.
