I applied online. I interviewed at Parsons Corporation
Interview
I met with two employees and discussed my experiences. It was a pretty typical interview with pretty basic questions. Ultimately decided that my background wasn't exactly what they were looking for.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Parsons Corporation (Somerset, NJ) in Feb 2022
Interview
I got an email from the recruiter a couple of days after applying. I had about a 20-minute conversation with him. This call was largely a screening call and a brief introduction. He told me about the company and asked about my career goals and work history. He told me he would be sending my information to the hiring managers to decide on an interview. Within about 3-4 business days, they reached out to set up an interview. The second interview was held via Microsoft Teams with three Project Managers based out of the office I was applying for. Interview questions got more into my science background and some of the normal interview questions. It didn't feel super scripted. They seemed to know what information they were looking for and tailored questions off of my resume and what I was saying in order to direct the conversation.
