Pason Systems interview questions

The interview process was unpleasant. The manager is a woman who is sexist towards other women. She commented on my attire, saying that I was dressed too nicely and basically told me that I can't dress like that if I want to work there. The interview was about an hour, followed by a writing assignment. The manager sat there and watched me complete the assignment. When I wanted to use the restroom, she followed me because apparently they think it's a security risk. Yes, I really want to steal your dollar store soap.

First round was online questionnaire and they ask for the expected salary in the last question. They still called me for the 2nd round of an interview knowing that their company cannot pay the expected salary. After an interview they kept me on hold for the couple of weeks for the next update . During that wait time, HR called me to wait for sometime as other candidates were being interviewed and started negotiation on the expected salary as their company standard is some XX amount to which I negotiated a bit. No offer post that.
