I interviewed for the Customer Care Analyst position in November 2022 and received an interview request exactly 1 week later asking for a handful of times that would work for me for a phone call. I spoke with the hiring manager/team lead and it was one of those conversations where it was so good that we lost track of the time and went a little over. I had many questions and that was something I could tell was greatly appreciated. Overall a great conversation about making sure the company was a fit for me, getting a feel of my interests and aspirations as well as my previous work. Next steps were outlined at the end and I was told that if they decide to move forward, I will receive a request for a follow up interview with a panel, as well as an assessment to simply get a feel of my writing style. I received the assessment and second interview request a few days later. I completed the assessment, but was ghosted for a bit and then was sent a generic email stating that they will not be moving forward at this time with no real explanation. Left me a little shocked seeing as the first conversation went very well and I was sent a request for a follow up interview.
