I applied for the position online which included responding to very specific questions about previous experiences I had with lead generation, lead nurturing, etc. I received a call from the Team & Culture Manager a little less than a week later, and we scheduled an interview for the following week. I had to either fax or bring in an application with me to the interview. My interview was with the Team & Culture Manager and the President of the company. I believe the HR/Admin Manager would have also been at the interview, but she was out of town at the time. The interview began with me explaining why I was looking to switch jobs, my general background and experience in marketing. Then I had to answer basic and slightly advanced questions related to marketing and content creation.
